Web Application Update

Renamed Today tab to Focused. The jobs that have scheduled date fall in the 24 hours window will be listed and it can be can be configured to 48 hours window. In 24 hour window configuration; the jobs that have the schedule time between current time - 12 hours and current time + 12 hours will be listed. In 48 hour window; it can be configured current time - 24 hours and/or current time +24 hours to see all jobs matching criteria.

Introduced a sub filters (-12 hours/-24 hours, current, +12 hours/+24 hours) to filter the job list based on users' selection criteria.

-12 hours or - 24 hours : Selecting this checkbox will display the jobs that have the schedule time between current time - 30 mins and current time - 12 hours/-24 hours.

Current : Selecting this option will display the jobs that have the schedule time between current time - 30 mins and current time + 30 mins).

+12 hours 0r +24 hours : Selecting this option will display the jobs that have the schedule time between current time + 30 mins and current time  +12 hours/ +24 hours mins).

Included additional filter criteria options for Focused tab - requires approval, deliverables not uploaded, locked, onsite and remote.

Requires Approval : It will list the jobs that have visits reported by engineer and have not yet approved.

Deliverables not uploaded : Displays the jobs that do not have all deliverables uploaded by engineer.

Locked : Shows all the jobs that are locked.

Onsite : Displays the jobs that require engineers to go onsite and perform the assigned tasks.

Remote : Filters and displays the jobs that can be performed remotely.

Added new data points to Focused tab

Introduced timeline with Focused tab:

- Uploaded count: shows the number of documents uploaded by engineer

- Pending Visit count: show if there are any visits which are not yet approved

- Unknown  location: if the location information is not known.

- Pending : if there are no visits reported.

- Assigned Engineer name is also displayed.

Added phone icon under to the job list table under Actions - Can make the calls to engineer by clicking on this icon.

Message icon - it will redirect the user to messages tab on the Workorder view

Added Escalate option/button - User can escalate by clicking on the option and adding the details about the reason for the escalation.

Location - It will display the distance between the job location and current engineer location. The location only tracked if the engineer has logged into the account on the day of the schedule.

Removed All Jobs tab

Updated the data under the Upcoming tab. Upcoming tab will now display the jobs that are assigned and accepted by the engineers, and excluding focused jobs.

Added new data points on job list for Upcoming tab

Not yet scheduled - If the schedule date is past, it displays as not yet scheduled.

Introduced timeline

- Unknown to begin : Requires to update the schedule date. Schedule date is not known

- Uploaded count: shows the number of documents uploaded by engineer

- Unknown : shows if the count of the visits reported by the Engineer

- Pending : displays number of visits that are reported but not yet approved

Displays the job posted and completed timelines

Displays the number of document uploaded and visits reported

Details about the owner - who has posted the job and who has closed it.

Included another section with a joblist table - Users can see the mandatory skills on that job.

Introduced collapse feature with the  left menu items. Users can minimize the side menu bar.

Introduced job filter on the map - Users can filter the jobs based on the location and view port (boundary) and it is in sync with the job list. The users can filter the jobs through the operations (zoom in, zoom out or vertical panning) on the map. Currently, horizontal panning is blocked.

Location boundary job filter on map which is in sync with the job list of specific tab (now, upcoming, marketplace, automation. Except closed - remove the map on the closed tab). This option is available on the tabs; Now, Upcoming, Marketplace and Automation.

Removed map on the closed jobs tab.

Re-Introduced the Sub-users filter - Business can now filter the jobs based on owner or sub-user. This is enabled on the tabs; Now, Upcoming, Marketplace and Automation. This filter is currently restricted for Sub-users (Operators).

Added Location information on Focused tab - Business can now see distance between engineer and job location. Location is tracked only on the date when the job is scheduled and if the engineer has logged into that account on the specific date.

Included the navigation links on the job lists for the data points; Submitted hours, deliverables, mark as complete, engineer profile and messages.

New filter criteria options for Upcoming tab - requires approval, deliverables not uploaded, locked, not yet scheduled (past scheduled date)

Displaying the escalated date with the job list for the tabs; Focused and Upcoming.

Additional fraud check implemented to verify the ACH transactions for Business.

Approximate distance (in Miles) between engineer and job location is displayed on the map.

Revised the markers for the job and engineer on the map.

Redesigned time management tab for job and time management menu. Now full length closing notes can be found under each visit.
